# §20.400. Who should receive Services to Children, Elderly, and Families?


Services to Children, Elderly, and Families will be provided for Indians meeting the requirements prescribed in [§ 20.300](/cfr/25/20.300.md) who request these services or on whose behalf these services are requested.
