# §20.209. Can a tribe operating under a tribal redesign plan go back to operating under this part?


Yes, a tribe operating under a tribal redesign plan can choose to return to operation of the program as provided in [§§ 20.300 through 20.323](/cfr/25/20.300..20.323.md).
