# §2.206. What must I include in my Notice of Appeal?


In addition to meeting the requirements of [§ 2.214](/cfr/25/2.214.md), your Notice of Appeal must include an explanation of how you satisfy the requirements of standing set out in [§ 2.200](/cfr/25/2.200.md) and a copy of the decision being appealed, if possible.
