# §175.320. What will happen if my service is disconnected and my account remains delinquent?

- (a) If your service has been disconnected and you still have an outstanding balance, we will assess you interest, penalties, and administrative costs in accordance with [31 CFR 901.9](/cfr/31/901.9.md).
- (b) We must forward your delinquent balance to the United States Treasury if it is not paid within 180 days after the original due date in accordance with [31 CFR 901.1](/cfr/31/901.1.md).
