# §171.305. Will BIA provide leaching service to me?

- (a) We may provide you leaching service if:
  - (1) You submit a written plan that documents how soil salinity limits your crop production and how leaching service will correct the problem;
  - (2) We approve your plan in writing; and
  - (3) **Your irrigation bills are not past due.**
- (b) Leaching service will only be available during the timeframe established by your irrigation facility.
- (c) We reserve the right to terminate this service if we determine you are not complying with [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section.
