# §170.918. What applies to the Secretaries' collection of data under the TTP?

- (a) Under [23 U.S.C. 201(c)(6)(A)](/usc/23/201.md?p=c-6-A), the Secretaries will collect and report data necessary to implement the TTP in accordance with ISDEAA, including, but not limited to:
  - (1) Inventory and condition information on Tribal transportation facilities; and
  - (2) **Bridge inspection and inventory information on any Federal bridge open to the public.**
- (b) In addition, under [23 U.S.C. 201(c)(6)(C)](/usc/23/201.md?p=c-6-C), any entity that carries out a project under the TTP is required to provide the data identified in [§ 170.240](/cfr/25/170.240.md).
