# §170.625. What regulations apply to waivers?


The following regulations apply to waivers:

- (a) For self-determination contracts, [25 CFR 900.140 through 900.148](/cfr/25/900.140..900.148.md);
- (b) For self-governance agreements, [25 CFR 1000.220 through 1000.232](/cfr/25/1000.220..1000.232.md); and
- (c) For direct service, [25 CFR 1.2](/cfr/25/1.2.md).
