# §170.512. How will Tribal Transportation Facility Bridge funds be made available to the Tribes?


Funds made available to Tribes under [23 U.S.C. 202(d)](/usc/23/202.md?p=d) may be included in the Tribe's self-determination contracts, self-governance agreements, Program Agreements, and other appropriate agreements.
