# §170.3. When do other requirements apply to the TTP?


TTP policies, guidance, and directives apply, to the extent permitted by law, only if they are consistent with this part and 25 CFR parts [900](/cfr/25/part900.md) and [1000](/cfr/25/part1000.md). See [25 CFR 900.5](/cfr/25/900.5.md) for when a Tribe must comply with other unpublished requirements.
