# §170.111. What activities may be carried out using TTP funds?


TTP funds will be used to pay the cost of items identified in [23 U.S.C. 202(a)(1)](/usc/23/202.md?p=a-1). A more detailed list of eligible activities is available in the appendix A to this subpart. Each of the items identified in this appendix must be interpreted in a manner that permits, rather than prohibits, a proposed use of funds.
