# §166.422. What does the BIA do with grazing rental payments received from permittees?


Unless arrangements for direct payment to the Indian landowners has been provided, the rent will be deposited to the appropriate account maintained by the Office of Trust Funds Management in accordance with [part 115 of this title](/cfr/25/part115.md).
