# §161.801. May decisions under this part be appealed?

- (a) Appeals of BIA decisions issued under this part may be taken in accordance with procedures in [part 2](/cfr/25/part2.md) of [25 CFR](/cfr/25.md).
- (b) All appeals of decisions by the Grazing Committee and Resources Committee will be forwarded to the Navajo Nation's Office of Hearings and Appeals.
