# §161.6. Are there any other restrictions on information given to BIA?


Information that the BIA collects in connection with permits for NPL in sections [161.102](/cfr/25/161.102.md), [161.206](/cfr/25/161.206.md), [161.301](/cfr/25/161.301.md), [161.302](/cfr/25/161.302.md), [161.304](/cfr/25/161.304.md), [161.402](/cfr/25/161.402.md), [161.500](/cfr/25/161.500.md), [161.502](/cfr/25/161.502.md), [161.604](/cfr/25/161.604.md), [161.606](/cfr/25/161.606.md), [161.703](/cfr/25/161.703.md), [161.704](/cfr/25/161.704.md), [161.708](/cfr/25/161.708.md), [161.717](/cfr/25/161.717.md), [161.800](/cfr/25/161.800.md), [161.801](/cfr/25/161.801.md), and [161.802](/cfr/25/161.802.md) have been reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget.
