# §150.3. May Tribes administer this part on LTRO's behalf?


A Tribe may contract or compact under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act ([25 U.S.C. 5301](/usc/25/5301.md) et seq.) to administer on LTRO's behalf any portion of this part that is not an inherently Federal function.
