# §15.204. When is a probate file complete?


A probate file is complete for transfer to OHA when a BIA approving official includes a certification that:

- (a) States that the probate file includes all information listed in [§ 15.202](/cfr/25/15.202.md) that is available; and
- (b) Lists all sources of information BIA queried in an attempt to locate information listed in [§ 15.202](/cfr/25/15.202.md) that is not available.
