# §141.48. Translation of disclosure statements.


Disclosure required by §§ [141.46](/cfr/25/141.46.md) and [141.47](/cfr/25/141.47.md) shall be made in writing regardless of the customer's ability to speak, read, or write the English language. Disclosure to non-English speaking persons shall be translated orally into the appropriate language.
