# §1200.21. How may a tribe appeal denials under this part?


If we deny a request or do not approve an application within 90 days of a request, the tribe may address any problems that we identify and resubmit a revised request, seek technical assistance, or appeal the denial under [43 CFR part 4](/cfr/43/part4.md).
