# §101.8. Environmental and Flood Disaster Acts.


Loans will not be approved until there is assurance of compliance with any applicable provisions of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 (Pub. L. 93-234, 87 Stat. 975), the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (Pub. L. 91-190), ([42 U.S.C. 4321](/usc/42/4321.md)) and Executive Order 11514.
