# §1000.905. Can a Tribe/Consortium reallocate, consolidate, and redesign funds for a non-BIA program?


Yes, [25 U.S.C. 5365(d)(2)](/usc/25/5365.md?p=d-2) permits such reallocation, consolidation, and redesign upon joint agreement of the Secretary and the Tribe/Consortium.
