# §1000.2335. How may a Tribe/Consortium appeal a decision made after the funding agreement or compact or an amendment to a funding agreement or compact has been signed?


With the exception of certain decisions concerning immediate reassumption (see [§§ 1000.2405 through 1000.2430](/cfr/25/1000.2405..1000.2430.md)), the Tribe/Consortium may appeal post-award administrative decisions to the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA).
