# §1000.2120. What audit requirements must a Tribe/Consortium follow?


The Single Agency Audit Act, [31 U.S.C. 7501](/usc/31/7501.md) et seq., and subparts [E](/cfr/25/subpartE.md) and [F](/cfr/25/subpartF.md) of [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) apply to a funding agreement under this part. The Tribe/Consortium must provide to the designated official an annual single audit as prescribed by [31 U.S.C. 7501](/usc/31/7501.md), et seq.
