# §1000.2012. Is the Secretary required to annually publish information under this subpart in the Federal Register?


Yes, the Secretary shall annually review and publish in the Federal Register, after consulting with Tribes/Consortia participating in self-governance, revised lists under § [1000.2010(c)(1)](/cfr/25/1000.2010.md?p=c-1) and [(2)](/cfr/25/1000.2010.md?p=c-2) and programmatic targets under [§ 1000.2010(e)](/cfr/25/1000.2010.md?p=e), and make such information available to all participating Tribes/Consortia.
