# §1000.1810. Who may retrocede a program in a funding agreement?


A Tribe/Consortium may retrocede a program. However, the right of a Consortium member to retrocede may be subject to the terms of the agreement among the members of the Consortium and [§§ 1000.205 through 1000.235](/cfr/25/1000.205..1000.235.md).
