# §990.116. Environmental review requirements.


The environmental review procedures of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 ([42 U.S.C. 4332(2)(C)](/usc/42/4332.md?p=2-C)) and the implementing regulations at 24 CFR parts [50](/cfr/24/part50.md) and [58](/cfr/24/part58.md) are applicable to the Operating Fund Program.
