# §966.2. Definitions.


The following terms are defined in [part 5](/cfr/24/part5.md), [subpart A of this title](/cfr/24/subpartA.md): 1937 Act, covered person, drug, drug-related criminal activity, federally assisted housing, guest, household, HUD, other person under the tenant's control, public housing, premises, public housing agency, [Section 8](/cfr/24/8.md), violent criminal activity.
