# §93.405. Applicability of uniform administrative requirements, cost principles, and audits.


The requirements of [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) apply to the grantees and subgrantees receiving HTF funds, except for the following provisions: §§ [200.307](/cfr/24/200.307.md), [200.311](/cfr/24/200.311.md), [300.328(b)](/cfr/24/300.328.md?p=b), [200.329](/cfr/24/200.329.md), and [200.333](/cfr/24/200.333.md). If there is a conflict between the definitions in 2 CFR part [200](/cfr/2/part200.md) and [24](/cfr/2/part24.md) CFR [part 93](/cfr/24/part93.md), the definitions in [part 93](/cfr/24/part93.md) govern.
