# §92.505. Applicability of uniform administrative requirements.


The requirements of [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md) apply to participating jurisdictions, State recipients, and subrecipients receiving HOME funds, except for the following provisions: §§ [200.306](/cfr/24/200.306.md), [200.307](/cfr/24/200.307.md), [200.308](/cfr/24/200.308.md) (not applicable to participating jurisdictions), 200.311 (except as provided in [§ 92.257](/cfr/24/92.257.md)), 200.312, 200.328, 200.330, 200.334, 200.335, and 200.344 (except as provided in [§ 92.507](/cfr/24/92.507.md)). The provisions of [2 CFR 200.305](/cfr/2/200.305.md) apply as modified by [§ 92.502(c)](/cfr/24/92.502.md?p=c). If there is a conflict between definitions in 2 CFR part [200](/cfr/2/part200.md) and [24](/cfr/2/part24.md) CFR [part 92](/cfr/24/part92.md), the definitions in [24 CFR part 92](/cfr/24/part92.md) govern.
