# §92.350. Other Federal requirements and nondiscrimination.

- (a) The Federal requirements set forth in [24 CFR part 5](/cfr/24/part5.md), [subpart A](/cfr/24/subpartA.md), are applicable to participants in the HOME program. The requirements of this subpart include: nondiscrimination and equal opportunity; disclosure requirements; debarred, suspended or ineligible contractors; drug-free work; and housing counseling.
- (b) **The nondiscrimination requirements at section 282 of the Act are applicable.** These requirements are waived in connection with the use of HOME funds on lands set aside under the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, 1920 (42 Stat. 108).
