# §92.150. Submission requirements.


In order to receive its HOME allocation, a participating jurisdiction must submit a consolidated plan in accordance with [24 CFR part 91](/cfr/24/part91.md). That part includes requirements for the content of the consolidated plan, the process of developing the consolidated plan, including citizen participation, the submission date, HUD approval, and amendments.
