# §92.105. Designation as a participating jurisdiction.


When a jurisdiction has complied with the requirements of [§§ 92.102 through 92.104](/cfr/24/92.102..92.104.md) and HUD has approved the jurisdiction's consolidated plan in accordance with [24 CFR part 91](/cfr/24/part91.md), HUD will designate the jurisdiction as a participating jurisdiction.
