# §91.405. Housing and homeless needs assessment.


Housing and homeless needs must be described in the consolidated plan in accordance with the provisions of [§ 91.205](/cfr/24/91.205.md) for the entire consortium. In addition to describing these needs for the entire consortium, the consolidated plan may also describe these needs for individual communities that are members of the consortium.
