# §891.785. Adjustment of utility allowances.


In connection with adjustments of contract rents as provided in [§ 891.780(a)](/cfr/24/891.780.md?p=a), the requirements for the adjustment of utility allowances provided in [§ 891.440](/cfr/24/891.440.md) apply.
