# §891.775. Security deposits.


The general requirements for security deposits on assisted units are provided in [§ 891.435](/cfr/24/891.435.md). For purposes of [subpart E](/cfr/24/subpartE.md) of this part, the additional requirements in [§ 891.635](/cfr/24/891.635.md) apply.
