# §891.770. Denial of admission, termination of tenancy, and modification of lease.

- (a) The provisions of [part 5](/cfr/24/part5.md), [subpart I](/cfr/24/subpartI.md), of this title apply to [Section 202](/cfr/24/202.md) direct loan projects with [Section 162](/cfr/24/162.md) assistance for disabled families.
- (b) The provisions of [part 247 of this title](/cfr/24/part247.md) apply to all decisions by a Borrower to terminate the tenancy or modify the lease of a family residing in a unit (or residential space in a group home).
