# §886.305. Disclosure and verification of Social Security and Employer Identification Numbers by owners.


To be eligible to become an owner of housing assisted under this subpart, the owner must meet the disclosure and verification requirements for Social Security and Employer Identification Numbers, as provided by [part 5](/cfr/24/part5.md), [subpart B](/cfr/24/subpartB.md), of this title.
