# §884.222. Inapplicability of low-rent public housing model lease and grievance procedures.


Model lease and grievance procedures established by HUD for PHA-owned low-rent public housing are applicable only to PHA-Owner Projects under the [Section 8](/cfr/24/8.md) Housing Assistance Payments Program.
