# §884.124. Audit.


Where a non-Federal entity (as defined in [2 CFR 200.69](/cfr/2/200.69.md)) is the eligible owner of a project, or is a contract administrator under [§ 884.119](/cfr/24/884.119.md) or [§ 884.120](/cfr/24/884.120.md), receiving financial assistance under this part, the audit requirements in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), [subpart F](/cfr/24/subpartF.md), shall apply.
