# §883.605. Leasing to eligible families.


The provisions of [24 CFR 880.504](/cfr/24/880.504.md) apply to this section, including reference at [24 CFR 880.504(f)](/cfr/24/880.504.md?p=f) to the requirements of [24 CFR part 5](/cfr/24/part5.md), [subpart L](/cfr/24/subpartL.md) (Protection for Victims of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, or Stalking), subject to the requirements of [§ 883.105](/cfr/24/883.105.md).
