# §883.313. Audit.


Where housing assistance under the [Section 8](/cfr/24/8.md) Program is provided for projects developed or owned by non-Federal entities (as defined in [2 CFR 200.69](/cfr/2/200.69.md)), the audit requirements in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), [subpart F](/cfr/24/subpartF.md), shall apply.
