# §881.211. Audit.

- (a) Where a non-Federal entity (as defined in [2 CFR 200.69](/cfr/2/200.69.md)) is the eligible owner of a project or a contract administrator under [§ 881.505](/cfr/24/881.505.md) receiving financial assistance under this part, the audit requirements in [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), [subpart F](/cfr/24/subpartF.md), shall apply.
