# §81.21. Notice and determination of failure to meet goals.


If the Secretary determines that a GSE has failed or there is a substantial probability that a GSE will fail to meet any housing goal, the Secretary shall follow the procedures at [12 U.S.C. 4566(b)](/usc/12/4566.md?p=b).
