# §8.30. Rental rehabilitation program.


Each grantee or state recipient in the rental rehabilitation program shall, subject to the priority in [24 CFR 511.10(l)](/cfr/24/511.10.md?p=l) and in accordance with other requirements in [24 CFR part 511](/cfr/24/part511.md), give priority to the selection of projects that will result in dwelling units being made readily accessible to and usable by individuals with handicaps.
