# §75.7. Requirements applicable to HUD NOFAs for Section 3 covered programs.


All notices of funding availability (NOFAs) issued by HUD that announce the availability of funding covered by [§ 75.3](/cfr/24/75.3.md) will include notice that this part is applicable to the funding and may include, as appropriate for the specific NOFA, points or bonus points for the quality of [Section 3](/cfr/24/3.md) plans.
