# §75.27. Contract provisions.

- (a) Recipients must include language applying [Section 3](/cfr/24/3.md) requirements in any subrecipient agreement or contract for a [Section 3](/cfr/24/3.md) project.
- (b) Recipients of [Section 3](/cfr/24/3.md) funding must require subrecipients, contractors, and subcontractors to meet the requirements of [§ 75.19](/cfr/24/75.19.md), regardless of whether [Section 3](/cfr/24/3.md) language is included in recipient or subrecipient agreements, program regulatory agreements, or contracts.
