# §75.17. Contract provisions.

- (a) PHAs or other recipients must include language in any agreement or contract to apply [Section 3](/cfr/24/3.md) to contractors.
- (b) PHAs or other recipients must require contractors to include language in any contract or agreement to apply [Section 3](/cfr/24/3.md) to subcontractors.
- (c) PHAs or other recipients must require all contractors and subcontractors to meet the requirements of [§ 75.9](/cfr/24/75.9.md), regardless of whether [Section 3](/cfr/24/3.md) language is included in contracts.
