# §58.70. Notice of intent to request release of funds.


The NOI/RROF must be disseminated and/or published in the manner prescribed by [§ 58.43](/cfr/24/58.43.md) and [§ 58.45](/cfr/24/58.45.md) before the certification is signed by the responsible entity.
