# §58.23. Financial assistance for environmental review.


The costs of environmental reviews, including costs incurred in complying with any of the related laws and authorities cited in [§ 58.5](/cfr/24/58.5.md) and [§ 58.6](/cfr/24/58.6.md), are eligible costs to the extent allowable under the HUD assistance program regulations.
