# §578.61. Relocation costs.

- (a) **In general.** Relocation costs under the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 are eligible.
- (b) **Eligible relocation costs.** Eligible costs are costs to provide relocation payments and other assistance to persons displaced by a project assisted with grant funds in accordance with [§ 578.83](/cfr/24/578.83.md).
