# §570.800. Urban renewal regulations.


The regulations governing urban renewal projects and neighborhood development programs in [subpart N](/cfr/24/subpartN.md) of this part, that were effective immediately before April 19, 1996, will continue to govern the rights and obligations of recipients and HUD with respect to such projects and programs.
