# §570.508. Public access to program records.


Notwithstanding [2 CFR 200.337](/cfr/2/200.337.md), recipients shall provide citizens with reasonable access to records regarding the past use of CDBG funds, consistent with applicable State and local laws regarding privacy and obligations of confidentiality.
